Activation of unforeseen risk of old ecological burden in the construction of the multi-functional veterinary medicine house of SEVARON in Kurim
Abstract
Old environmental burdens in newly created industrial sites pose a significant risk to the building project owner. Identifying this risk and managing it is largely dependent on the owner's size and experience. The article deals with practical risk management and activation of unexpected risk of old environmental burden from the perspective of a smaller project owner.
