Abstract

The rapid innovation and globalization have created huge opportunities and enormous options for customers and companies. Obviously, competition pressures have increased production and sourcing on a worldwide basis, leading to a major increase in the number of items produced. The report attempts to figure out the demand for real - time business intelligence in supply chain analytics. The paper presents the methodology and approach, along with an analysis and argument of benefits in addition to obstacles in BI. The paper concentrates on the need to revisit The standard BI idea that combines and consolidates information in a company to assist businesses that are service oriented and searching for retention and customer loyalty. BI strategy is critical to a company's competitive advantage, so improving the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain analytics. The originality or value of this paper improves understanding of the issues that involve using BI devices in supply chains.
